At our 3PL warehouse, we believe in clear, honest pricing. You only pay for the storage and services you use, with no monthly account management fees. All prices shown below are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT.
Our racking bays are 1.9 metres wide and billed weekly for maximum flexibility.

Onboarding costs are assessed based on your specific requirements. Many clients qualify for free onboarding.
Storage is billed weekly. If you store goods for any part of a week, you'll be charged for the full week. This provides flexibility for short-term or seasonal storage needs.
The picking fee covers locating the item, picking it from storage, quality checking, and preparing it for packing. Packing materials and courier charges are additional.
No, we operate on a flexible basis with no long-term contracts required. You can scale up or down as your business needs change.

Picking Accuracy: Providing items are supplied with a barcode or in a very clear manner, our picking process generally results in very few mistakes—just a handful per year.
Same-Day Fulfillment: Orders received before 3pm will be fulfilled the same day, subject to API integration. We reserve the right to not pick all goods if the volume exceeds 150% of the usual daily volume. However, we have successfully handled up to 1000% (10x) volumes in the past.
