A Royal Mail tracked large letter is up to 353mm × 250mm × 25mm and up to 750g. It includes end-to-end tracking with delivery confirmation. Most small beauty products, skincare items and accessories fit this format.
If your product is thicker than 25mm, heavier than 750g, or you're shipping multiple items that together exceed large letter dimensions, tracked parcels are the way to go. Candles, boxed sets and subscription boxes typically need parcel postage.
No peak picking surcharge. Courier companies may apply seasonal surcharges on postage which are passed through at cost, but our picking and packing rates stay the same year-round.
50 orders per month. The pricing examples above start from 200 orders which is where most of our clients begin. Volume discounts increase significantly at 1,000+ and 5,000+ orders.
Yes. You can use different shipping services for different products or even different orders. Many clients use Tracked 48 Large Letter for standard orders and Tracked 24 for express orders.
