These are some of the integrations we offer. We specialise and integrate directly with Shopify (our own dedicated Shopify app or seamless API integration) and Magento (own custom integration) allowing full control of timings and picking right up to the last picking time slots, or utilise Shopify apps, or integrate via 3rd party ecommerce order and inventory management systems like Base and Veeqo.
For Shopify, we have custom Shopify APIs that work directly with our software to GET orders, instantly send back tracking upon pick completion, and confirm stock values as and when required. This allows for our clients to update their customers automatically once we have picked the order. With options on multiple stock updates throughout the day, either hourly or upon goods in, your website will always be up to date.
With these integratiosn, and providing order volumes are steady, we aim to pick all website orders up to 3:50pm and despatch the same day. Tracking numbers are fed back from our main carriers - Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD at pick completion.
A client placing an order at 3:54pm could ahve their tracking by 3:58pm and the parcel should be on route with Royal Mail by 4:06pm.
For some clients we email the customer a branded tracking email upon completion too.
